Terms of Service

By signing in, registering, or using Meta-analysis360, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and acknowledge our Privacy & data summary. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use this service. If you do not agree to all these terms, do not use the service.

Meta-analysis360 is software to help researchers plan, search, screen, extract, and analyse evidence for systematic reviews and meta-analyses. Features may change as the product evolves. We do not guarantee regulatory approval, journal acceptance, or completeness of AI suggestions.

• You are responsible for the lawfulness of data you upload (including paywalled abstracts, PDFs from library access, or unpublished material).
• You remain the scientific decision-maker. AI output is recall-first assistance—not a substitute for protocol, dual review, or institutional ethics requirements.
• Keep your sign-in secure; do not share accounts.
• Use the service lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt or abuse it.

Screening and planning suggestions prioritise recall (finding relevant studies) over precision. You must verify includes, excludes, and extracted data. Exported protocols and reports should state that AI assisted the workflow and that a human made final decisions.

Access may be invite-only during preview. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk. You may export or delete your account data from Account settings.

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Prices and included screening quotas are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in Account or the Stripe customer portal. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

META-ANALYSIS360 IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Meta-analysis360, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service or reliance on AI outputs. Our total aggregate liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or zero if you use the free tier).

You retain all rights and ownership to the data, research, and materials you upload. By uploading data to Meta-analysis360, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We claim no ownership over your research or AI-assisted outputs.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Greece.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date below. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
